Quick and simple weddings....
relaxing,
simple, and stress-free!
If you
want to be married and want the simplest, quickest way possible in
Connecticut, all you need is a
marriage license and an
appointment. There are a few requirements for the
ceremony- you both have to agree to be
married- but that can be done very quickly and
simply. You don't need witnesses. You aren't required to say anything except "I do!" Just let us know
what's comfortable for you. Dress up or come casual.
Much more romantic and fun than a wedding at city hall. Your wedding- your
way!
What
is a quick and simple wedding?
Quick
and simple elopements and wedding ceremonies are performed for just the
two of you (or up to 6 close friends or family
members.)
Our
availability:
We
are available days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and
holidays.
Locations: Our home. Choose our sunroom,
our fireplace room, or our summer gardens for an intimate ceremony with
ambiance.
We
provide music and candlelight!
OR
we can travel to
your home, a park, or the location of your choice within New Haven County.
(Beach weddings are great!)
Ceremony: Choose from our
short and sweet
ceremonies. Ceremonies can be religious or
non-religious. Pastor Bob will wear a suit or a
robe, whichever you prefer.
Keepsake photos:
We take photos of your wedding with a digital camera,
and are happy to take pictures with your camera as well.
Fees:
Quick
and simple weddings are inexpensive weddings:
In our home or in the New Haven area, they are just $150 weekdays, week nights, and off-peak
weekends (November through April.) During peak
weekends and holidays, May through October, (Fridays, Saturdays, and
Sundays), our fee is $175. We also offer military
discounts. Beyond the New Haven area, we add a $50
travel fee.
Optional:
sand ceremony,
rose ceremony,
or unity candle ceremony
($40 each if we provide the materials- no charge if you
do.)

Connecticut? Not a problem.
We have happy couples traveling to us from New York, New
Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania- even
as far away as Texas and Missouri!
They often tell us it is simpler- and sometimes cheaper- to
come here. Some city halls have long waits, some
states require a waiting period. Connecticut laws
allow you to get your license and get married all in the
same day- no need to wait. Short and sweet!
